Hello, I’m Liz Jurado — The Empathetic Coach. I am a Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, a Certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Coach, a Licensed Purpose Factor Facilitator, and a Trust & Safety and Investigations professional. Guided by faith and grounded in authentic human connection, I help individuals, leaders, and teams gain clarity, strengthen communication, and lead with purpose, beginning from within. My professional journey bridges two deeply connected worlds: protecting people and developing leaders. With years of experience in Trust & Safety and investigative operations, I have supported high-risk incident response, law enforcement collaboration, and human-centered safety practices within fast-paced digital environments. This work strengthened my ability to navigate complex situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment, ensuring safety while never losing sight of the human experience behind every case. Alongside my safety and investigative work, my leadership practice focuses on leadership development, transformational coaching, purpose discovery, relationship and family growth, and trauma-informed personal development. I believe lasting leadership and meaningful change begin with self-awareness. When people understand who they are, how they communicate, and why they are here, they gain the confidence and direction needed to move forward intentionally. Through DISC Behavioral Analysis, I help individuals recognize communication styles, develop emotional intelligence, and build stronger relationships in both life and leadership. As a Licensed Purpose Factor Facilitator, I guide people in discovering their God-given purpose so decisions become clearer, growth becomes intentional, and fulfillment becomes attainable. My combined background in investigations, leadership development, and trauma-informed training allows me to create spaces where people feel both protected and empowered to grow, whether in organizations, communities, or personal transformation journeys.
